Samples from my Usability Leadership class’s user testing project for Thumbplay, a streaming audio app. The user test questions my team generated were targeted relative to tenets of efficient gestural interface design, and accounted for facets such as ease of manipulation, intuitiveness, responsiveness, and its overall design related to the human body.
For this project, my team used Silverback user testing software, which records sessions using a computer’s built-in camera. As well, the program tracks testers’ clicks and browsing movements.
After completing user testing sessions, we presented our findings to the client along with recommended fixes.
